1. The controller of the personal data of individuals taking part in the ordering and order-fulfilment process is AKORD Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Torfowa 48/1, 05-091 Ząbki, Poland.

3. The controller may process personal data for the purpose of:

– performing the service ordered – the legal basis for processing is the performance of the ordered service,

– marketing of our own products – where the individual gives consent for this purpose, that consent is the legal basis for processing the personal data.

4. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to achieve the purposes above.

5. Personal data will be stored until the service has been performed. The retention period may be extended where processing is necessary to pursue claims or defend against them. Where processing is based on consent, personal data will be processed until that consent is withdrawn.

6. Personal data may be disclosed to entities and authorities empowered to process such data under the law.

7. Personal data may be transferred to IT entities (software suppliers, sales platforms, banking transaction intermediaries) that process personal data on behalf of the controller in order to perform the service; such entities process the data under a contract with AKORD and solely in accordance with its instructions.

8. Data subjects have the right to access their data and to request its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing.

9. Data subjects have the right to data portability.

10. Where the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the controller, the data subject has the right to object to the processing.

11. Where the legal basis for processing is consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw it. Consent may be withdrawn by e-mail at: dtp@akordcd.pl.

12. Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
